Hyderabad: Chandrayangutta police traced an auto-rickshaw and recovered a bag containing a laptop and valuables after a passenger forgot it during a journey from Chandrayangutta to Uppal.
The victim, identified as Krishna, travelled in an auto from Chandrayangutta to Uppal. After getting down at Uppal, he realised that he had left behind his bag in the same vehicle. The bag reportedly contained a laptop and other valuables.
Krishna immediately approached the Chandrayangutta police and informed them about the incident. Police officers responded quickly and began tracing the vehicle using the auto registration number provided by the victim.

Police contacted the auto driver after locating the vehicle and informed him about the forgotten bag. The driver later reached the police station and handed over the bag to the officers.
The police then returned the recovered belongings to the victim. Officials said the quick response helped prevent the loss of important items and valuables.
