Hyderabad: A six-year-old boy died after accidentally falling into an open septic tank at a house under construction in Siricilla town, police and local residents said.
The incident occurred on Wednesday evening at Sardarpur Nagar in Siricilla town. The victim, identified as Nikesh, was playing in the courtyard of the under-construction house when he reportedly slipped and fell into the uncovered septic tank, locals said.
Family members said the child went missing later in the evening. His parents searched the surrounding areas but could not locate him. On Friday, locals found the boy unconscious inside the septic tank and alerted the family.

Hyderabad: The child was rushed to a nearby hospital immediately after being found. However, doctors declared him dead on arrival. The incident plunged the family into deep grief, while residents expressed concern over uncovered septic tanks at construction sites.
