In the first operation, officials acting on specific intelligence detained two individuals—Muna Prusty and Tikash Barik from Ganjam district of Odisha—onboard the Konark Express. In a separate case, a routine check on the LTT Express resulted in the arrest of M. Mohan Kumar Vijay, who was travelling to Patancheru with 1.1 kilograms of ganja. During questioning, he admitted that he had purchased the substance in Laxmipur, Odisha, for personal use.

Reiterating its commitment to tackling narcotics transport, the EAGLE Force encouraged citizens to provide information related to drug activities through the toll-free number 1908, WhatsApp 8712671111 or email tsnabho-hyd@tspolice.gov.in . Officials appealed to the public to support efforts toward building a drug-free Telangana.
