Hyderabad: The Congress government has stepped up civic development efforts in Kamareddy by launching multiple infrastructure projects across municipal wards. The works aim to improve daily life for local residents.

First, leaders inaugurated internal roads and drainage systems in Old Rajampet and Sarampalli. Next, they launched CC road works in Tekrial to strengthen basic infrastructure. Meanwhile, in Adloor, authorities directed officials to complete pending works immediately as new projects began.

Shabbir Ali Kamareddy development works underline governance shift

Addressing a public gathering, Telangana Government Advisor Mohammad Ali Shabbir said the Congress government focuses on visible change rather than hollow promises. He urged residents to support development-driven politics. At the same time, he asked voters to reject attempts to polarise society.

Further, he said welfare programmes across Telangana aim to reach every section of society. Urban families benefit from improved civic facilities. Likewise, rural households receive support through housing and farmer welfare schemes.

Finally, party leaders said the initiatives signal a broader shift in governance. They stressed that the government now prioritises accountability and on-ground delivery, especially in towns like Kamareddy that need sustained infrastructure investment.
