NAREDCO Marks 30 Years of Real Estate Leadership

Hyderabad: Members of the National Real Estate Development Council Telangana chapter gathered at Fort Grand to mark three decades since the Association’s establishment in 1995, reflecting on its role in shaping the state’s real estate ecosystem.

Over the years, NAREDCO Telangana has emerged as a key platform linking government authorities, industry stakeholders, and consumers. Through sustained engagement, the Association has focused on policy-aligned growth, ethical practices, and transparency, contributing to Hyderabad’s expanding residential and commercial landscape.

NAREDCO continues bridging policy and industry dialogue

The Association’s annual Property Shows and industry forums have enabled structured dialogue on infrastructure-led development. These platforms have also helped promote regulatory awareness and provided buyers with access to credible developers and verified projects, enabling informed purchasing decisions.

Vijaya Sai Meka, President of NAREDCO Telangana, recalled the Association’s journey, stating that consistent collaboration between public and private sectors since the early 2010s has supported Hyderabad’s real estate evolution. He noted that the city’s transformation across residential and commercial segments has been closely linked with stakeholder cooperation facilitated by the Association.

K. Sreedhar Reddy highlighted the market challenges faced during the late 1990s and early 2000s, adding that the sector’s revival following key infrastructure developments marked a turning point for Hyderabad.

Today, NAREDCO Telangana represents more than 300 members, including leading builders and developers, reinforcing its position as a self-regulatory industry body. As Hyderabad continues to grow as a premium real estate destination, the Association reiterated its commitment to supporting balanced and transparent sectoral growth.
