Hyderabad: The Telangana State Minority Employees Service Association (TSMESA) conducted a grand General Body Meeting alongside Eid Milap celebrations on Friday at the Telugu University Auditorium, bringing together employees, teachers, and representatives from across the state.
The meeting was presided over by M.A. Farooq Ahmed, while Syed Nayeemuddin managed the proceedings. The gathering witnessed participation from district representatives and minority employees, reflecting strong organizational unity.
Distinguished guests included Riyaz and Elluri Srinivas, whose presence added significance to the occasion.

In his keynote address, Riyaz appreciated the association’s dedication and noted that its organized structure has earned recognition beyond the state level. He emphasised the growing impact and visibility of the body.
Meanwhile, Elluri Srinivas expressed appreciation for the invitation and assured support for welfare-driven initiatives undertaken by the association.
During the programme, eminent teachers from Hyderabad were honoured with awards and certificates for their contributions to education. Additionally, district representatives were felicitated for their efforts.
Furthermore, the meeting focused on key challenges faced by minority employees. Several resolutions were discussed and unanimously adopted to ensure effective representation before the government.
The event concluded with a message of unity, goodwill, and renewed collective purpose among participants.
