Telangana Social Justice Day greetings to all sections, says minister Ponnam Prabhakar

Hyderabad: Minister Ponnam Prabhakar extended heartfelt greetings to people of all sections on the occasion of Telangana Social Justice Day, reaffirming the state government’s commitment to social justice and inclusive governance.

He said February 4 marked a historic day as the Telangana Praja Palana government, after assuming office, took key decisions related to SC categorisation and BC caste census, with the objective of ensuring justice to all sections. He noted that the day symbolised the government’s resolve to correct historical injustices and move forward with people-centric policies.

The minister said Telangana observes February 4 as Social Justice Day, even though the implementation of certain decisions may have been delayed due to court proceedings. He stressed that the government remained firm in its intent and would continue to pursue justice within the constitutional framework.

Telangana Social Justice Day reflects commitment to weaker sections

Ponnam Prabhakar said that under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, the Telangana government was moving decisively in the direction of securing justice for weaker sections of society.
