Hyderabad: Police found an unidentified man, aged around 50–55 years, dead beside railway tracks between Ammuguda and Moula Ali Gate on Saturday morning.

According to police, the Deputy Station Superintendent noticed the body around 11:10 am. He immediately alerted authorities. As a result, police rushed to the spot and began inspection.
Officers found the body near Vinayak Nagar Railway Gate. During the preliminary probe, police concluded that the man was walking along the tracks. Meanwhile, an unidentified train struck him from behind.
Because of the impact, the train threw the man away from the tracks. He suffered severe injuries and died on the spot, police said.

The man carried no identity documents. Police described him as dark-complexioned and about 5.6 feet tall. He wore a sky-blue full-sleeve shirt and dark blue trousers. In addition, he had a sacred thread.
