CM Revanth Reddy Adilabad visit preparations reviewed at Chanaka–Korata pump house

Hyderabad: Officials reviewed preparations for the Adilabad district visit on Tuesday. Rajarshi Shah, District Collector, and Akhil Mahajan, Superintendent of Police, inspected arrangements at the Chanaka–Korata pump house. The facility is located in Hatighat village of Bhoraj mandal.

The review took place ahead of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s visit to the district on January 16.

Meanwhile, officials conducted the inspection in view of the proposed visit by Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, other ministers, and senior officers. During the visit, the Collector and SP checked logistics, security, and on-site arrangements. They aimed to ensure a smooth programme without lapses.

Additionally, officials briefed the district administration on the progress of works at the pump house. They also explained the arrangements for the inauguration event. Following this, the Collector directed departments to finish pending tasks on time. He also stressed coordination among all departments.

Adilabad district visit to include irrigation project inauguration

Officials said the Chanaka–Korata pump house inauguration forms a key part of the district visit. Moreover, they highlighted the project’s importance for irrigation in the region. Therefore, the Collector asked officials to maintain high standards, given the presence of senior State leadership.

At the same time, the SP reviewed security arrangements and crowd management plans. He instructed police personnel to stay alert and ensure smooth movement during the visit. Senior officials from various departments accompanied the Collector and SP throughout the inspection.
